Immigration-related marriages often happen under time constraints. Deadlines, travel plans, or legal timing can make it important for the marriage itself to take place without delay.
Our role is limited and specific.
We provide legal marriage license signature services for couples who already have a valid marriage license and simply need the marriage completed in accordance with local law. We serve Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
We do not work with or on behalf of immigration agencies.
Legal Requirements
You do not need to live in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia to get married here. The only requirement is that your marriage license must be issued by the jurisdiction where the marriage license signature service will take place.
For example, a Montgomery County, Maryland marriage license must be used within Montgomery County. The same applies to Prince George’s County, MD. In Washington, DC and Virginia, the process is similar, though it is not governed by counties or cities.
When the time comes to complete your marriage, we would be honored to assist you by ensuring your license is signed correctly, ethically, and in compliance with all state or district requirements.
Court Return
We handle the legal signing of the marriage license and can return it to the issuing court, or provide it to you if you choose to self-return.
