Below is a list of documents you will need to provide to the marriage bureau.
If you have problems accessing and filling out the form, you can do it in person the day you apply for your license.
2. Photo ID
Your photo ID (each person) will need one of the following:

-Current US issued drivers license or

-Current passport or
-
-US Military ID or
-
-US Immigration green card
All IDs must be clearly legible including face. Please note: your names on your IDs will be the same on your marriage certificate.
You cannot change your names using this process. Name changes occurs after the marriage. Contact the Social Security Administration for more information.
